The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to key attractions in the city. The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive, proactive, and always ready to assist with any request, making the experience even more pleasant. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with the added bonus of daily refills of coffee and complimentary water. It was amazing to have a Nespresso machine in the room to enjoy a great coffee every morning. I also loved the connection to the exterior breakfast room and restaurant, where the food was delicious and the breakfasts were delightful in a charming setting.

In London to see a show in Leicester Square and stayed overnight Friday-Saturday. Perfect location to get where we wanted to be with very little hassle. Room was spotless with a nice outlook onto Bloomsbury Street. We had plans to meet our daughter and her boyfriend the next day and didn’t want to take our bags with us. For no additional charge we were able to leave these with the concierge for the entire day, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

We had paid for a better room so they eventually moved us to a better room yet there were issues that needed attention and they took care of it. The staff was awesome and very accommodating and professional. Overall we had a nuce stay and appreciated all the attempts to rectify mechanical issues.
